Isabelle has been on the island for over 17 years and is the founder of the first concierge service. Over the years, she has built a solid reputation for impeccable service, and it was only natural that she became involved in the transaction at the request of her clients.
Benoit, passionate about his profession, real estate, has been practicing for 20 years around the world. After creating his own company in the Chamonix Valley (France), where his success was crowned by the opening of three offices, his taste for versatility led him to sell and move to the Caribbean, where he developed several real estate projects, primarily for an American clientele. Following the famous Hurricane Irma, which destroyed 95% of his adopted island, he decided to stay and help with its reconstruction. He then became a project manager and developer for three years, training in building standards. After three years, he had to move back to the mainland for personal reasons and worked independently from Paris to Marrakech, via Mallorca. However, Saint Martin remained etched in his mind, and he decided to return to set up his own business in collaboration with his lifelong friend to cover the entire island, including Saint Barthélemy. With his experience and network, Benoit prioritizes exclusivity in his service so that it rhymes with serenity.
